West Musquash Lake Outlet, Black & White
West Musquash Lake Outlet – the swimming hole. We’ve spent a lot of time swimming here. Someone built the rock dam I don’t know how many decades ago. Late each spring someone braves the frigid water to put the rocks moved by ice back into place. Jumping off the bridge was the start of conquering my fear of heights (finished later by climbing ladders to bear hunt in tree stands). The stream is beautiful, at least as far down as I’ve looked. Maybe exploring down stream should be on my list of places to go and things to do in 2018.
Lady Locust
That is beautiful! It always feels good to get out and about (even if it’s cold.) You will have to explore more 🙂
